Mandatory Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in Retail domain with good domain knowledge and technical expertise on working with Application developed on JAVA. Good PL/SQL skills on Oracle and Teradata. Candidate having Unix shell scripting experience is also a good to have.
Production Support experience, demonstrated ability to dig for the root cause of an issue.
Proven ability to learn new technologies as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Solid Retail domain knowledge
Interaction with Business users, IT SME's and Architects.
SME role with good knowledge of Oracle , UNIX and Java/j2EE such that he/she can assist the Business users with Front End Application usage and configuration.
Desirable Functional Skills
1. Experience with Oracle Database Development using Functions, Procedures and packages.
2. Testable strong SQL with complex queries on Oracle and Teradata.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Very good verbal and written communication skills and interaction majorly will be with Business users and Application SME’s.
5. Unix Shell Scripting Experience.
6. Java Experience (Angular JS)
7. Teradata Experience with load utilities like BTEQ, Teradata SQL Assistant, Tpump, FastLoad, MultiLoad, FastExport is good to have.
