Job Overview:
The Product Support Developer investigates client inquiries for the client''s Advertising / Cloud product suite, provides technical solutions, and is responsible for custom client technical projects. The team works hand in hand with multiple internal teams to provide solutions for internal and external client inquiries.
The Product Support Developer position is an excellent opportunity to add breadth and depth to a technical skill set while becoming familiar with client''s software applications and business model. This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning new technologies and looking to pursue a career in software development/programming or databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor application performance and take action when necessary
Perform root cause analysis of issues
Aid in testing of new product releases
Create custom solutions to meet client requirements (i.e., custom data extracts, custom offline solutions, etc using SQL Server, SQL Server Jobs, SSIS packages , C#
Investigate client-reported issues within the client Cloud Platform application

Key Skills Needed for Success:
Strong knowledge of and experience with T-SQL querying
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
Previous experience in Tier 2 support or similar technical role (for example, troubleshoot reports for clients, integrating systems)
Previous experience with and enjoys working on cross-functional teams and across multiple teams
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated success solving complex technical problems
Eagerness to learn new technologies and techniques
Some experience with C# (ability to read/debug code)
