Role: Product Owner
Location: Dover, NH
Technical/Functional Skills:
Strong business knowledge/prior working experience as a business analyst in insurance domain
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum
Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence) hands-on
Certified INS preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand the business requirements for a given product increment and elaborate and create user stories
Drive functional elaboration
Regular co-ordination/working with designers/architects for grooming user stories
Help in grooming offshore associates
Client handling
Creating Knowledge base documents
Verify and approving product being delivered by team
Collaborate with application development, architecture, IT infrastructure, and business operations teams
Generic Managerial Skills:
Coordinating with teams as part of day to day work
Client handling and interaction for applications/project accountable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proven problem-solving approaches to most solutions
