Must Have:
Experience in executing full stack mobile platform technical projects using agile methodology; Hands-on exposure in running daily scrums, and of handling day-to-day activities across multiple scrum teams
Experience using project management software (such as IBM Rational Team Concert, JIRA, Confluence, etc for documenting, storing, and sharing project requirements (sprints, backlog, epics, stories, tasks), key documents – charter, plans and schedules, definitions, team information, issues, risks, and various other communications.
Experience working closely with Product Owners and project teams, providing required support in backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, estimations, burn downs, etc.
Knowledge of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and other 3rd party products for project management
Financial Industry experience esp consumer banking is preferred.
Experience working and communicating effectively with users, leaders, and decision makers at multiple levels of the organization to ensure strategic and effective decision making occurs in process and project work.
Excellent communication skills (including writing, speaking, facilitation, and presentations), problem solving, and analytical skills required
Ability to use consultative skills to resolve conflict, negotiate and manage relationships to achieve the project goals, and to gain consensus on specific outcomes and requirements
Ability to effectively present process improvement ideas, alternative solutions, and workflow concepts in applicable written or presentation formats such as Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Workflow and Swim Lane Diagrams.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, computer science, and/or other IT degree. Must be able to apply system and software design principles and concepts in practical manner in day-to-day working of teams.
PMP certification or any other project management certification is preferred.
