Understand and document needs of both IT and business stakeholders
Interface with business and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements through in-person or remote communication methods
Create timelines for requirements, write user stories and capture other business needs
Ability to work independently with client managers
Meet with different stakeholders, amalgamate ideas and translate that to artifacts such as user stories, business requirements, understanding documents etc.
Ability to lead a functional track independently
Work with Cognizant managers to define product roadmap and release plans
Ensure individual functional tracks are executed to plan

Knowledge of ATG Commerce and/ or IBM Sterling is preferred
Preferred to have an understanding of agile project delivery methodology, with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point
Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
