Job Description

Must have skills 1. Deep Experience in Agile execution model and used Rally/JIRA or other tools
2. Excellent Communication, Leadership and Business Facing Skills
3. Experience in Issuing/Authorization/Acquiring/Settlement/Clear ing Domain
4. Experience working on projects in Cards and Payments domain
5. 3+ years’ experience as Product Owners / Sr Business Analyst
6. Previous AMEX experience is must.
Other skills/additional details 1. Experience in SAFe - Nice to have
2. Experience working with Offshore teams and willing to work in Onsite Offshore model – Must have
3. Willing to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona - Must have
Role/Responsibilities 1. Document BRD, User story, evaluate story points, acceptance criterion
2. Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, and document and distribute meeting minutes as applicable to ensure all team members are informed and issues are addressed.
3. Discuss with client Product Managers to discuss Features and create User stories
4. Explain user stories/requirements to developers, testers and answer questions, review deliverables
5. May serve as Test Coordinator for large project initiatives involving multiple applications to ensure all testing needs are met across all interfacing applications
6. Participate in and document data mapping for integration of systems
