Job Responsibilities
Involvement in full software development lifecycle
Lead the program for implementation of analytics and reporting module for all the In-store applications including but not limited to BlueBird and Android associate facing applications.
Lead the efforts across the application delivery lifecycle involving analysis, design, build, test, implement and maintenance of the In-store applications.
Determine platform and frameworks that could be implemented for the solution by analyzing possible transference, compatibility and backward compatibility.
Provide legacy device support and operational feasibility
Modern responsive and component based web application development.
Develop software solutions while studying requirement information and their further implementation.
Develop system flow, data usage and work processes.
Investigate problem areas and follow the full software development life cycle.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments and clear code.
Estimate capacity availability based on Work Request assignments and progress of actual work activity, assign work to resources, monitor and report the quality of the output and oversee the people management activities within the team.
Ensure data security and confidentiality during the whole software development process.
Clearly articulate the business requirements and convert them into technical requirements for engineering teams to work upon.
Create high level epics and get engineering into state of driving technical requirements out of those.
