This person will establish a product

roadmap and set product priories based on a strong understanding of business and customer
needs. The Digital Product Manager will be a digital expert and responsible for developing
epics, user stories while partnering with internal business/technical units to drive the success of
the Itinerary system which will integrate with the website and App.
Essential Functions
Product lifecycle management: responsible for writing Epics, user stories and drives the
sprint process for the development of the website and APP

Product strategy and vision: Create and effectively champion a data-driven and market-
informed product vision and self-service strategy

Prioritization: set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately
to achieve business goals
Product Design: drive the product design process, manage design challenges and
execute agile product delivery
Collaborate with Parent company Technology, outsourced Development, internal
Marketing and Operations to drive a successful website and App
Sprint Team: Oversee the overall sprint process which includes internal teams and
outsourced teams
Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with direct stakeholders and business units
through collaboration and the creation of web and App experiences that align with
business goals
Qualifications
Proven track record of releasing successful web and apps into market
5+ years of experience in managing highly effective sprint teams
5+ years of website and mobile application product management experience
5+ years successfully managing design/research programs and delivery teams

Demonstrated ability to develop new processes and approaches
Experience managing projects with strong visual and interaction design solutions
A strong passion for technology, especially mobile/apps
