Job Description :
Degree in a Technical Discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification desirable
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and communicate well across multidisciplinary teamAbility to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
Experience with management of product integrations, launches, and change management
Experience leading development, training, and communication of new product introductions
Strong organizational, research, and time management skills
Experience setting and managing expectations at the executive level
Ability to manage and own delivery schedule in order to meet challenging deadlines

Job Responsibilities
Gain insights into competitive products and technology trendsIdentify emerging best practices in other industries (Exemplars)
Assist human-centered design in the development of personas, pain points and journeys.
Develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Feature list and three-year roadmap
Validate feasibility of the MVP feature set
Develop an early budget and workplan for the product development phase

Product Development
The Product Manager is the leader of the product development phase.
Lockdown the MVP value proposition and feature set
Create, manage and track the product development budget.
Develop user stories detailing customer requirements
Working with engineering, develop the detailed sprint and testing plans
Oversee all aspects of project execution as the agile scrum master (aka project manager)
Working with strategic design, develop and monitor the concept testing plan
Working with experience design, oversee the development of a compelling user experience.
