Responsibilities:

Coordinating enterprise and executive stakeholders
Own and drive several functional areas or product lines
Write product requirement documents and feature specifications
Keep track of competitors’ offerings
Work closely with engineering throughout the development cycle
Develop and maintain the vision and product roadmap for your area of responsibility
Engage with customers to collect product feedback
Partner with product marketing on messaging and positioning
Assist sales with customers and prospects
Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings
Create: High Level Business Requirements, Status Reports and Communications to customers and internal stake holders
Guide external client advisory panels and sessions as needed.

Project Description 1:

We are looking for a top notch consultant who has implemented service now multiple times in diverse organizations. You will work across backend data sources , sales data, marketing data and web data to build a cohesive strategy to map and empower our toughest questions. You should feel equally at home in the Csuite and knee deep customizing workflows and building schema. You will need to converse with value forward thinking and work arm in arm with technologist and business leaders. The Ideal candidate should have successful experiences leading and contributing in major consulting initiatives with top firms but looking for a place to call home.

Project Description 2 :

You will need to converse with value forward thinking and work arm in arm with technologist and business leaders. The Ideal candidate should have successful experiences leading and contributing in major consulting initiatives with top firms but looking for a place to call home.

Project Description 3:

Client is on a mission to streamline and optimize our customer experience across the full product portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple projects and products to bring a uniform customer experience vision to reality. We have a large portfolio of existing products, and an ever growing pipeline of new offerings. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience building portals and managing cross enterprise standards and initiatives. This individual will align individual road maps across the company work with technology teams to build standards, establish governance and help drive innovation across the enterprise.

Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of product management or other relevant experience
Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
Ability to work between Agile and Waterfall projects
In depth tool experience required: MS Office suite, Jira, Confluence, Roadmunk or Aha, Service Now
Strong project management and time management skills

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)
Desired Skill: 5+ years of experience in an Executive Business Consulting Capacity
Desired Skill: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
