Product Manager
Location : San Francisco, CA
Duration : 6+ month’s contract

We are looking for local candidates as onsite Interview is MUST.

This position is for Product Manager. Your role will be to understand customer needs, translate them into requirements and work with other product owners or directly with engineering to implement them. You and your team will make sure that web platform is evolving consistently across product areas, and provide leadership to all product groups on how to develop our product suite’s web platform to deliver the best user experience to our customers. In this role, you will be working closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams, and customer support teams to understand customer expectations and design effective solution to exceed them. You bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. The ideal Product Manager obsessively seeks to understand the customer’s perspective, is data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and document regional product requirements, features, and functionality
Work with regional teams and other stakeholders to get alignment product feature and functionality
Own BRD (Business Requirement Documents) in accordance with standards and templates
Collect BRD approvals from stakeholders and keep records in most organized fashion
Bring up and implement ideas that would improve efficiently and effectiveness in country launch process
Understand product alternatives and work with multi-disciplined team to understand trade-offs and put value on alternatives
Sets priorities for multiple feature areas/projects based on and aligns to the product vision, and clearly communicates priorities across feature teams
Work with UI/UX teams to bring engaging user experiences to life
Manage products through the product development lifecycle
Act as product owner in agile process. Lead in-house teams using agile scrum methodology drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with scrum team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications
Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach
Continuously implement and improve analytics infrastructure to track, monitor, optimize, innovate and report on acquisition and conversion metrics
Work with regional teams to get alignment, report updates and build business cases, solutions etc.
Qualification/Desired Skills:
BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills
8+ years of experience documenting requirements, building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms
Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds
At least 5 years of product experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience
Strong experience of Agile is required
