Job Description:
Insurance product development and support for the business strategic initiatives of the GAIC’s Products division, with an emphasis on Fidelity and Crime products
Able to lead and collaborate with Business Unit customers (i.e., underwriting/production groups) and other partnering groups (e.g., Claims, Legal, Regulatory, etc to manage and bring projects and initiatives to successful completion
Able to articulate difficult business and insurance coverage concepts clearly.
Able to develop partnerships with business and product management leadership through consultative service support of various product development-related projects and initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing, that serve in project plan drafting
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills that serve in problem solving and business insurance issue resolution
Strong organization and prioritization skills that serve to establish sound project plans that help in the execution of product management tasks
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills that translate into strong teamwork, consultative business partnering, and project management needed to drive effective and efficient business results.
