Product Manager/Business Analyst
Location: Cranston, RI with some remote
Duration: 10 months - could convert to FT
Requirement:
Looking for Product Owner / Business Analyst of with an Agile background to work in an "Agile Pod Group" - that represents the .com space - this person will work with variety of business lines to help prioritize work - User story based in JIRA - Decision maker in the pod - help with future road map activity - subject matter expert to help with questions etc. pod size 7-10 mix of developers and testers - this person is a key participant in bi weekly demo - there is remote opportunity - would like if person had some web based background -potential to be contract to perm - 2-5 years experience. Soft skills - good communication - clear articulation. the ability to translate what that pod is saying to the business line. Agile methodology.
Responsible for the strategic development and execution of the digital banking projects/programs
Continually drive digital products towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
Provide direction on the development, testing, and refinement of UX prototypes in an agile environment
Refine requirements and make them visible in the backlog.
Keep the backlog prioritized according to importance and clearly communicate the requirements to the team and work with individual team members as needed to explain requirements • Facilitate solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, UX and technology teams to prioritize, deliver solutions that align with the corporate strategy • Perform User Acceptance Testing • Ensure what is delivered meets the original goals and KPIs.
