The Managed Care Re-Procurement Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the process for managed care re-procurement, including coordinating the work of multiple vendors and ODM staff and managing both technical and business work streams. The position will function as a member of the Medicaid Managed Care and Contracts as Acquisitions team.

Responsibilities
Project oversight as the State project manager representing ODM, assuring that ODM and contracted vendors meet their commitments to bring the project in on time and within budget and scope.
Provides overall direction, guidance, and facilitation for managed care re-procurement process, including working with cross-functional teams at ODM, contracted vendor and external stakeholders (as required
Oversees vendor implementation of re-procurement process.
Other project management and coordination duties as assigned.
Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of various departments in the company, such as distribution, finance, and manufacturing.
Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.

Detailed Day-to-Day Job Duties to be performed:
Work with ODM managed care and contracts and acquisition teams as well as contracted vendors to manage assigned projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
Create, execute, and update project plans and maintain all project documentation.
Manages project risks and issues and oversees supporting processes including change management.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with ODM and multiple vendors.
