Project Info:
-Need GC/USC for this role.
-Current status: still determining how they will align the Process Modeling/Architecture within the company and which system to use.
-They are hoping to move the Enterprise Models to a system called iGrafx (Business Process Management and Analysis solutions assist businesses in achieving continuous process improvement and sustained process excellence
-They currently also have invested heavily in a Home-Grown Risk Model System and they are determining the process improvements to that customized platform as well and how it will be integrated in the new BPM platform.

Senior Level resources: Client will be looking at more of a higher level resource that has a Lean Six Sigma certification. These types of individuals would be titles as Process Architects or Business Architects. Object Modeling and how to set up Org Breakdown Structures would be key in these individuals.
