Job Description :
SKILLSET (REQUIRED AND NICE TO HAVE):
Expert in design techniques for web UX/UI with demonstrated visual design capability and the ability to enhance user performance.
Capture UIUX business requirements from stakeholders, understand and actuate the business'' strategic direction through product design.
Familiarity with UX/UI design including graphic design, designing for various form factors including desktop/mobile phones/tablets, wire framing, prototyping, HTML5/CSS layout development and working with HTML5/JavaScript front end and services/backend developers.
Coordination of UX/UI project development using agile methodology and knowledgeable about compliance aspects (VPAT, risk controls, departmental and companywide UX/UI standards
Considerable attention to detail is a must, champion best practices, and mentor junior team members.
Recognize and anticipate use cases and user interaction, and design intuitive user interfaces to support them; build interactive prototypes for the web applications.
Assume overall design of web apps UI, incorporating usability and comprehensive workflows, applying standards, using various tools to create graphical interfaces for web bases, rich client, metro or hybrid, embedded web applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Expertise (10+ years) in designing web and mobile applications
3+ plus years of experience in designing enterprise portal UI/UX solutions (Mandatory)
Developing website that involve real-time communication
Leading a web design project from inception (“greenfield”)
Skilled in using design, wire framing and use case tools, and knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and JS frameworks
Experience in agile development and working on SCRUM teams or similar methodologies (Mandatory)
Bachelor''s degree in graphic design, marketing, computer science, human factors or related field
Exemplary written and spoken communications skills
Experience creating wireframes and UI/UX designs and click through, mock ups and web prototypes.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirement documentation.
Passion for championing UX innovation

DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience in call center applications and web-based real-time communications UI is highly desirable
