Position Description
Presentation Specialist/Graphic Designer will be responsible for using various forms of presentation software to create presentations that will act as a form of business communication. Candidate must possess business acumen, but also have some creative skill in graphic design. In addition, must also be responsible for capturing and designing our year-end book. This will be a year-long process of capturing different team events and data.
Skillset
3-6 years of experience
Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) or equivalent software (Sketch, Prezi, etc
Excellent writing skills
Excellent business communicator
Executed new designs from concept to completion in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Knowledge of corporate design practices, logo usage and corporate identity standards
Work with business to design logos, web pages, and a some marketing content (posters, backdrops, table runners, etc)
Graphic design skills a must
Creative eye for page layout
Able to understand technical content and translate the information to a story
Able to meet tight deadlines
Web design experience a plus (SharePoint, HTML, etc…)
Demonstrated experience in translating business information/data/analytics into compelling visuals (e.g. charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations
Strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded
Ability to establish productive, collegial relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Must supply a portfolio sharing graphic design experience
