Job Description :
As an Automation Solution Developer driving managed services offerings and having distinct capabilities to delve deeply into technical solutions, you will be responsible for translating client/internal needs into specific technical requirements that are agreed upon with the line of business and team members ultimately responsible for operating them; this includes business analysis and requirements gathering, conceptual architecture design, executive interaction with both internal and customer management, and successful handoff to delivery teams for solution implementations.
You are recognized to developing complex technical solutions as part of an overall solution framework and engagement team. Additional responsibilities include overseeing projects through to completion from an architectural design perspective and providing leadership in that regard to ensure client expectations and SLAs are fulfilled.
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHCSA/RHCE a plus)
Experience with building automation tools or applications in PowerShell, Java, Perl or any Shell scripting (definite plus)
Experience with IPCenter Platform and application support (will be a big plus)
ITIL Foundation Certification
