Job Description
Our client, wants to engage a PowerBuilder Developer with expert level PL/SQL skills for a long term contract (12+ months You will be working on a mission critical application. The majority of the new PB development is complete so PB work will primarily consist of enhancements and maintenance. The project is in the migration phase and PL/SQL is used to migrate data from the old mainframe systems to the new Oracle/Java/PB system.
Qualification:
More than 5 years of application development experience using PowerBuilder
More than 5 years of PL/SQL experience
Agile experience is strongly preferred
Advanced PL/SQL is required
PB 12.5 Classic, Oracle 10g
PB work is primarily maintenance and enhancements.
Application uses PFC framework.
Insurance industry experience a plus
