Qualifications:
-Solid experience in Microsoft Power BI
-Production Support experience
-ITIL process experience (Incident, Service Request, Prob, Change management)
-Familiar with ITSM Tools like Remedy and Servicenow exp if any (optional)
-Handling minor enhancement as part of support
-Work exposure to Global support model. Working with support members from different countries.
-Critical Incident handling and communication
