Job Description:
5 years of experience as a Postgres DBA
Strong Postgres DBAs, proficient with shell scripting in Linux, and Oracle Standard Edition
As a Database Administrator, you will work in a team environment to provide knowledge of relational databases, primarily Postgres, logical/physical database design, and support including backup/recovery and patching. You will be responsible for upgrades, performance monitoring, installations, managing data replication, diagnosing system problems, disaster recovery testing and maintaining user accessibility.
Experience with AWS Postgres RDS
Willing to author MedSentry PSQL functions/triggers.
Should be proficient with:
Foreign Data Wrapper (to Oracle),
bpg_dump, c. pg_restore,
Should understand how to Index/Performance tune a system
