Position: UX/UI Designer
Location: Dallas, TX
Full Time

UX/UI Designer/Producer works with clients to develop the architecture and user-interface for mobile applications on multiple platforms, including the iPhone, iPad, Android phones & tablets. Strategy plays a key role. The Designer will wear multiple hats and will be responsible for dissecting client needs and formulating definitive user-experience diagrams (architecture wireframes) as well as creating original user interface designs under the direction of the Strategist and Art Director, while working with the Program Director, Special Projects.
Responsibilities extend to Producing the project by coordinating with internal teams of Strategist and Engineering Project Manager to effectively manage the project from initial concept through full release. He or she manages project milestones and deliverables with internal [x]cube team and client teams and exemplifies accountability for optimizing project schedules and cost targets as well as follow-on sales potential. The Designer/Producer acts on behalf of our clients to ensure their vision, goals, timelines and budget are managed and met during the entire development process. Overall, the Designer/Producer is responsible for insightful and polished project management that leverages the latest development methodology, technologies and trends.

CORE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Mac OS environment experience required
SketchApp
Note: No programming experience is required or needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1+ years’ experience in mobile UX/UI Design.
1+ years’ experience in the mobile space.
Strong communication skills
Strong User-Experience (U/X) design skills
Strong User-Interface (U/I) design skills
Proactive problem-solving skills
Strong digital presentation skills
Solid portfolio of mobile UX/UI design experience
Sales experience, specifically in tech, is a plus
A passionate interest in the future of technology.
