Senior Business Systems Analyst
-Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
-Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
-Requires at least 7 years of experience.
Candidate would be Expected to leverage:
Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo Candidate should have strong skills in Java Programming Language, Python Scripting Language and Shell Scripting.
Mature change management for monitoring
Fulfill service requests on-demand without change management wait times
Beneficial when platform/application teams determine their monitoring posture has gaps or they need to make adjustments to thresholds
Enhance the ITAM model for Workload Automation
WLA-related IT Roles are documented and corresponding access is documented
IT Roles are enhanced/created to satisfy specific use-cases
IT Roles are assigned to appropriate teams’ business roles based on the use-case
AAA is updated so that requestors know which environment & access level they are getting
Enhanced security posture for Enterprise Monitoring and Enterprise Scheduling (WLA)
Security practices are analyzed, vetted, documented, and remediated for security enhancements in order to fully leverage CyberArk, SSL/HTTPS, etc
Service accounts maintained with a security exception are remediated in order to eliminate the need for the exception.
Additional Comments:
Candidates must have strong communications skills.
Candidates must have experience navigating bureaucracy within an organization.
Candidates must be able to work very collaboratively with cross-functional departments and teams performing gap analysis, identifying business needs/requirements and solutions.
Candidates should have strong skill sets in Excel and PowerPoint.
Seeking a strong Sr. Business Systems Analyst with excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
