Job Description :
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
Conduct Planview administration activities including users and roles, financial management, structure maintenance, and dispatches
Perform system updates such as WBS templates, rates, patches and upgrades
Create and maintain administration/system/end-user documentation
Provide end-user support
Create and execute test cases for system updates and upgrades
Assist in cleanup efforts to ensure system and data integrity
Assist in incident management, including identify and implementing solutions to system problems or defects
Manage user alerts and communication via SharePoint
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Sciences
4+ years’ IT work experience with an emphasis on system support, administration and configuration
2+ years’ experience in supporting and administering Planview
Proficient in the use of the MS Office tool set notably Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
Experience configuring and performing PDC architect duties a plus
Experience as a SharePoint administrator a plus
Experience using CA Agile Central (AKA Rally) a plus

Self-directed; able to complete work assignments and achieve results without direct oversight
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work against a plan and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Strong commitment to team and collaboration skills
Experience with project management concepts and software a plus
