Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and seasoned IT PingFederate resource.
This position is focused on customer satisfaction, execution and delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated professional who can provide technical consulting in the domains related to Access management and federation design, development and implementation.
Applicants with strong background and hands on experience in Single Sign On, Federated SSO, Identity & Access Management and Directory services utilizing PingFederate and other PingIdentity products will be best suited for the role and will have the opportunity to work with a leading-edge IT organization with top quality employees.
Ping Access exposure is a plus.
The ideal candidate needs to be passionate and hardworking who can work collaboratively with our team and key clients, and lead the inception of best practices.
Candidate would be responsible for driving all access management and federation related initiatives. Guide the team in all the challenges of current access management and federation setup.
Identify improvisation opportunity in domain related existing processes and define new processes.
The incumbent must have expertise with PingFederate and PingID.
Working knowledge of standard-based federation technologies like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect etc. is required.
Ability to provide custom solution based on these technologies.

Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of products and solutions for Single Sign-On, Federated SSO, Multi-factor Authentication, PingFederate, Identity & Access Management and Directory services
Make sure the project is progressing in the right pace and will work with the offshore project manager to create timelines to meet client deliverables
Understands the solution and the domain/ industry well and act as subject matter expert to be able to understand the customer''s requirement and also suggest alternatives to better the solution and alleviate the challenge/ issue being addressed
Act as leader who can efficiently lead a team of developers, project manager and effectively work with other business units in the company and the customer team in the creation of the solution.
Should be able to work with and collaborate with the customer and help them envision the solution value, and how it will benefit them in the longer term
Responsible to co-ordinate with end client contacts, client project managers and application owners.
Train and mentor team members

Required Skills:
Candidate with over 8 years of experience in Information Technology Industry
Candidate should have relevant experience of 4 + years with Access Management products such as Ping Federate, CA SiteMinder etc., 2-3 years of experience with Federation SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Multi-factor Authentication.
Ability to design, install, configure and maintain SSO infrastructure and applications
Ability to provide custom solution in SSO and Federation.
Experience with multi-factor authentication PingID, RSA SecurID, Smart Card, Duo, U2F etc.
Strong working knowledge of PingFederate.
Experience with the following web specifications: SAML, SOAP, WS-Security, OAuth.
Experience with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux/Unix)
Experience with the following programming languages: HTML, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Shell Script and SQL.
Experience with HTTP Servers web/proxy rules configuration.
Working Knowledge with Directories (LDAP, AD, VDS) and Databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Working knowledge of PKI.
Understanding of Active Directory
Identify and solve problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options.
Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates and communication to the client and SDG management.
Be a proactive member of the on-call team.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
Understanding of Application Servers – JBOSS, Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must have worked in 24X7 supports environments.

Desired Skills:
Development experience (Java/J2 EE etc.,) would be added advantage.
PingOne, Ping Access, CA SiteMinder, Gluu, OAM working knowledge is a plus.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
