1. At least 6+ years of good performance testing and engineering
2. Good experience with performance test strategy, plan and framework design and implementation
3. Good experience with performance tools like JMETER, Load Runner, Performance Center, etc
4. Knowledge of Angular JS (UI), SOA (MW) and Oracle DB
5. Good experience in Performance scripting, execution, monitoring and analysis of web based application
6. Ability to gather requirements, plan and execute the testing independently by working close to Project team
7. Ability to understand and document test, track test results and report on
8. Ability to send Daily Status reports to all stakeholders
9. Ability to provide recommendations for performance issues
