JD for Performance Testing
Must have minimum 8+ years’ experience in Load Runner, Performance Test Center and any other performance testing tools
Experience with HP LoadRunner Performance Testing Suite
Experience in setting up Scenarios using LoadRunner Controller, Extensive exposure using Analysis to generate reports
Knowledge of Dynatrace, Citrix, Splunk and Web service Protocol
Proven experience in developing performance test scripts for UI, Database and web service.
Should be able to work independently without any guidance/ support from others
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Identify and communicate best practices on performance testing
Establish performance benchmarks for system and system components.
Identify performance requirements and measurement criteria
Identify test cases which to be mapped with performance requirements, development of the scripts and execution in testing cycle.
Test data set up and data load for each cycle of performance testing
Need to identify performance issue and analyze root cause as part of performance engineering activities
Responsible for creating and maintaining test artifacts.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
