Job Description :
7+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications.
5+ years of experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, Jmeter, , etc.
Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools.
Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause.

Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications.
Deep knowledge of Java (or equivalent) programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view.

Must be able to work independently as well as within a group while handling projects.
· Define Performance Test Strategy for system under test
· Create Performance Test Plan.

· Can explain Performance Test concepts to project leadership
· Train junior team members on Performance Test Methodology and Tools
· Identify bottlenecks in system under test
· Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams

· Ensure that Performance Testing is adhering to the test methodology
· Draft reviews for team members
· Create\improve testing methodology as needed
· Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership
