Job Description.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

Experience in Performance Testing Process and Methodology, Analysis (Client Side and Server Side) and Reporting Skills
Experience in Non-Functional Requirements Gathering, test strategy and test Design; Strong experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts including data set up experience
Experience developing scripts / tools in programing / scripting languages – Java Python & pearl. working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for triaging and performance issue resolution
Experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscope along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
