Experience: 5-7 Years
Job Description:
1. Overall 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in performance testing
2. Have good experience in HP Load Runner and Rational Performance Tester and develop performance test scripts using these tools
3. Engage with the Architects/Design teams to understand the technical aspects of application changes
4. Analyse Non Functional Requirements (NFRs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaise with stakeholders and provide inputs to the Performance Testing
5. Should be very quick in understanding business flows/functionality and incorporate changes in the scripts
6. Reporting the test results to customer in the required format
7. Understand those application parameters which could influence performance; e.g. business critical transactions, workload model, data sizes, etc.
