Location: San Antonio Delivery Center or Washington, DC

Overview:
The Test Specialist should have an in-depth understanding of testing including theory and concepts.

Mandatory Skill
At least 2 years of work in a position responsible for defining performance testing approach, planning and/or strategy
At least 4 years of experience performance testing CRM or ERP systems using industry accepted tools such as LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester, JMeter or other.
Hands-on experience creating performance test scripts and executing them.
Preferred
Salesforce.com experience
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle activities
Programming Experience
Performance test experience

Job Responsibilities:
Define Performance Test Strategy for system under test
Create Performance Test Plan.
Be able to explain Performance Test concepts to project leadership
Identify bottlenecks in system under test
Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams
Ensure that Performance Testing is adhering to the test methodology
Draft reviews for team members
Create\improve testing methodology as needed
Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership

Education Level
Degree or equivalent experience
Special Requirements
Work Authorization: US Citizen
Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance (required to start)
