Overview:
The Test Specialist should have an in-depth understanding of testing including theory and concepts.
Technical Skills:
Skil Mandatory
- At least 2 years of work in a position responsible for defining performance testing approach, planning and/or strategy
- At least 4 years of experience performance testing CRM or ERP systems using industry accepted tools such as LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester, JMeter or other.
- Hands-on experience creating performance test scripts and executing them.
Preferred
- Salesforce.com experience
- Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle activities
- Programming Experience
- Performance test experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Define Performance Test Strategy for system under test
- Create Performance Test Plan.
- Be able to explain Performance Test concepts to project leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in system under test
- Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams
- Ensure that Performance Testing is adhering to the test methodology
- Draft reviews for team members
- Create\improve testing methodology as needed
- Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership
