Job Description Overview:
The Test Specialist should have an in-depth understanding of testing including theory and concepts.

Technical Skills:
Mandatory Skill
At least 1 year work in a position responsible for defining performance and/or automation testing approach, planning and/or strategy
At least 4 years of experience performance and/or automation testing custom or ERP systems using industry accepted tools such as LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester, JMeter or other.

Preferred
Salesforce.com experience
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle activities
Test Automation Experience
Programming Experience
Team Leadership Experience
Performance test experience

Job Responsibilities:
Define Performance Test Strategy for system under test
Create Performance Test Plan.
Be able to explain Performance Test concepts to project leadership
Train junior team members on Performance Test Methodology and Tools
Identify bottlenecks in system under test
Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams
Ensure that Performance Testing is adhering to the test methodology
Draft reviews for team members
Create\improve testing methodology as needed
Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership

Education Level: Degree or equivalent experience
