Strong Performance Scripting & Testing experience in LR

Roles & Responsibilities
* Experienced in Load Testing - Tool (Load Runner,StromRunner)
* 6+ Years of PT testing experience
*Experience in SQL
* Must have good understanding on the Application and Data base server achitecture
* Must have good experience in the Performance Engineering, LR scripting with different protocols(Oracle NC preferred)
* Excellent Communications Skills and Analytical Skills
* Hands on experience in all stages of Performance Testing Lifecycle
* Proactive in managing the Performance Test Deliverables and Milestones
* Proven experience is delivering projects on budget with right quality.
* Hands on Experience in devising Test Strategy and Test Plan
* Performance Monitoring and Bottleneck identification of Resource.
* NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of the Performance Tests
* Analyzing NFRs and Coordinate NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc
* Must have Estimated and Detailed Test Planning.
