Performance engineer and testing hands-on experience
Load Runner Scripting with Java Protocol is a must.

POS performance testing experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Should have very strong performance testing lead experience and candidate should be able to drive independently and connect with all stakeholders and bring performance testing on track.
Should have Strong in Performance Testing Concepts and Tools such as HP Load Runner, JMETER
To work with Business Stakeholders to collect the Non Functional Requirements required for the Project
Experience in POS (Point of Sale), Payment Systems, web applications performance testing
To Develop Performance Test Strategy and Scripts
LoadRunner scripting experience with Java over HTTP, Java Record Replay, Java Vuser, JavaScript Vuser is a must.
Programming background in JAVA is preferable.
Execute the Performance Scripts and Measure Resource usage such as Memory, CPU Utilization
Should be able to identify the areas which requires Performance Tuning
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance Methods and Techniques
Experience in QA Tools such as ALM is required
Plans and Conducts Test Execution; monitors results and takes corrective action, when necessary.
Knowledge of Unix Scripting is must
Knowledge of SQL is mandatory
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with Business analysts, Leads/Managers and to resolve issues and risks.
Experience in the domain of Retail is preferred
Experience of working in Agile environment
Generic Managerial Skills
Will have to co-ordinate and lead business meetings for gathering Non Functional requirements to monitor health check of project life cycle.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills. Should be able to communicate his message clearly and highlight all challenges, risks in bigger forum and drive performance testing
Should have good understanding of Quality Assurance Life Cycle
Daily Reporting on the progress of project status to the client and the stakeholders
Should be able to create MPP and work with PM to drive project
