Peoplesoft Techno Functional(HR)
New Albany, Ohio
6+ Months
Experience must include: Core HR, Performance Management, ESS, MSS is must. Competency and Profile Management preferred.
Expertise in People Code, AWE, Application Packages, Application designer, Fluid, Pivot Grids, Dashboards etc.
Must have completed at least 1 PeopleSoft Performance Management implementation in 9.2.
Excellent SQL query writing skills.
Excellent understanding of a systems development life-cycle methodology.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to train business users on PeopleSoft HR functional configurations and setups.
