Managing client engagement
Understanding requirements specifications ,project scoping writing tech specs and RFPs
Providing work direction and leadership to multiple teams, including scheduling, assignment and review of project work
Tracking, monitoring and communicating project progress against project plan
8+ years of experience with more than 2 years in Project Management
Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore delivery model
Excellent communication skills and experience with client interfacing
Must have managed at least 2 PeopleSoft Projects
Good exposure to Project Management methodologies and tools
Good Team Management skills
PeopleSoft certification desirable
