Role : Peoplesoft HRMS Consultant
Location : Athens, GA
Duration : 6 months
8 + years of experience as PeopleSoft Functional North American Payroll Consultant
5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Commitment Accounting
Experience in mapping client business processes to PeopleSoft software with minimal customization
2+ years public sector and higher-education experience
Exhibit expert knowledge in Payroll and related ePay and the PayMatch reconciliation tools
Ability to manage project scope and client expectations
Conduct/Document Business Process Requirements as needed
Perform Reconciliation between the current system and PeopleSoft to verify data conversions
Author any client required documentation
Develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts as needed
Provide knowledge transfer to USG team members
Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems
Demonstrate understanding of setup tables, integration points and reporting
Experience with PS Query and SQL is needed
Proactive in completing the job assigned with little direction and be adaptable to changing job
requirements
Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others.
Experience with MS Word, Excel/Pivot Tables and Visio is required.
