Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for Peoplesoft HCM Business analyst at Atlanta, GA for 7+ months contract engagement with following job description.

Requirement:

Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst(52971)
Duration: 7+ Months
Location: Atlanta, GA

Technical Competencies:

*Expertise in ePerformance administration (9.2) including creating and managing documents, templates, sections, performance calendar, etc.
*Working knowledge with HCM Workforce Administration, Position Management, and Content Catalog
*Working knowledge of PS Query to create and run queries related to ePerformance and ratings
*Ability to evaluate existing PeopleSoft functions and understand their structure and component parts
*Ability to determine function needs and system requirements
*Ability to problem solve application and user issues and identify solutions

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:

*Designs and develops PeopleSoft ePerformance and Workforce Management tools
*Develops change management plans for transition to new functions or system upgrades
*Develops and documents business processes for users of new functions or upgraded system
*Provides customer support for performance templates, documents and performance processes
*Provides support for complex customer issues.
*Tests or coordinates testing of new features or upgrades
