PeopleSoft Administrator
Loc of work: Menomonee Falls, WI (Near Milwaukee - 53051)
Duration: 1+ years with possibility of extension and can be full time also.

As part of the PeopleSoft Upgrade project, you will be a part of a project team that is assigned to successfully upgrade the FMG PeopleSoft financials from v8.8 to v9.2 and People Tools from 8.50 to 8.54.

Your role will be to modify the custom People Code to work with the new version of PeopleSoft. The effort includes remediating any security vulnerabilities.

· Modify the current custom people code to work with the PeopleSoft v9.2
· Support the upgrade the PeopleSoft Financials from v8.8 to v9.2 and resolve issues
· Support the upgrade the People Tools from 8.50 to 8.54 and resolve issues
· Perform the upgrades in all environments Demo, Development, UAT, Production, and BCP.
· Validate custom code works in all environments.
· Help validate the new version of PeopleSoft works in all environments.
· Performance tuning and testing of the People code in the new environments and resolving issues.
· Assist in migrating data from current environment to new environments.
· Update the PeopleSoft code deployment procedures.
· Review and recommend best practice for code deployment procedures.
· Provide transfer-of-knowledge of best practices to the internal application support teams.
· Update BCP (Business Continuity Plan) RST (Recovery Solutions Template) documentation.
· Work with Business Analyst to update appropriate application documentation due to changes in infrastructure and software.

Basic Qualifications:
· 5 + years PeopleSoft development and implementation experience; PS Financial or PS Tool upgrade experience
· PeopleSoft development in version 9.2
· Oracle 11
· Windows 2008 or greater.
· Proven strong communication skills through speaking engagements, internally and externally.
· Strong technical documentation skill is also required.
· Ability to transfer knowledge to key members of the team and act as a value-added resource
· Ability and desire to work with limited supervision to complete complex tasks
· Goal oriented with strong time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
