Required Skills:
Several departments need to be trained on developing and documented test cases.
Management is required for preparing and executing testing with the departments, gathering the testing results, answering questions, keying the results into ALM.
The testing roll turns into a trainer post testing to assist with training HR and the other departmental users on how to use the system but also how to execute the new workflows that involve the Path Center.
Qualifications
Client facing, Test strategy development experience, test automation experience, knowledge of SDLC, 5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM, ability to develop test cases and coordinate users,
Minimum 5 - 7 years testing experience. Tester is intended to become the trainer for the Med Center. Training experience for PeopleSoft is required.
