REQUIREMENT :

Primary Location: Oceanport, NJ
Hours: M-F, flexible to work weekends and OT as necessary
Must be onsite, looking for local

Must Have :
PeopleSoft Payroll migrations ; PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 versions, FLSA and benefit configuration experience, Lawson experience,
Payroll foundation data configurations;

Experience in Payroll foundation data configurations is a must.
Significant experience in Payroll for North America Business processes.
Significant experience with PeopleSoft Payroll (deductions, earnings, accumulators) of similar scale
Significant experience with PeopleSoft Payroll migrations of similar scale
PeopleSoft experience needs to be with 9.1/9.2 versions
FLSA and benefit configuration experience
Data management skills, file handling, validations, etc.
Lawson experience would be a plus
Strong organization and time management skills
Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly
Focused individual who can meet deadlines in a fluid and challenging environment
Excellent Presentation, Communication and Analytical skills
