Job Description :
9-10 year’s experience as a Benefits Functional consultant in any ERP
Provide functional expertise to support activities such as-
o Understanding client benefits landscape and configuration
o Conduct Mapping workshop with Client’s legacy system owners, Business analyst and new application Functional consultants.
o Experience with benefits processes related to open enrollment, regular benefits changes due to status changes like hire, birth etc.
o Experience with sub processes like claims, COBRA, FSA etc.
Worked in end to end implementation or re-implementation projects with experience in building BRDS, functional design documents, configuration and testing.
Experience in setting up plans, programs, rules, eligibility matrix within benefits applications.
Prior experience in data migration projects an added advantage
Assist with system changes needed in the new application.
Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, team members and management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, documentation etc.
