Title: PeopleSoft Mobilization Project Lead

Job Description:
This Mobilization Project Lead position will be responsible for assisting the PM with the planning, approach and coordination of the reimplementation through go-live. The worker must have extensive knowledge of what is required to perform a PeopleSoft system re-engineering for a reimplementation. This position requires multi-tasking, exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
15 Experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Manager for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.
15 Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials.
15 Experience managing ERP Development Lifecycles.
15 Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
15 Experience with developing PeopleSoft upgrade paths
15 Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
15 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
15 Proven project team building skills
15 Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
15 Ability to alter project direction based on Project Manager or Executive Sponsordirection.
6 Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development including RICEFW Functionality Management
4 Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
3 Experience with9.2 based PeopleSoft environment using some or all of the following Modules (G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, AR, Billing, Inventory, Time and Labor)
3 Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2
3 Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft and/or Maximo environment
3 Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53
Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Strong Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, AR, Billing, Inventory, Time and Labor.
Strong Experience in managing and coordinating project teams through a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade

Preferences:

3 Public sector experience with a Utility or Energy Based company
10 Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems.
8 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within 3 PeopleSoft Modules (G/L, A/P, A/R, AM, PO, eProcurement, Time and Labor, and Inventory
4 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within Maximo Asset Maintenance Software
Strong Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
Strong Experience working through development of Interfaces with Technical Team through design, build and test phases
Strong Excellent teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
Strong Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
