Position Title: PeopleSoft HUB/FMS/SCM -Business Analyst for HUB Upgrade
# of Submits: 1
Start Date: September 1st
Duration: 4 Months (Likely extension to 6 months)
Location (onsite/remote): Onsite St. Paul, MN 55155. onsite 5 days/week.
Rate (AI or +expenses): Competitive, all-inclusive

Minimum Qualifications (must have all)
· 7 years combined experience in PeopleSoft interaction hub and/or Financial Management Solutions (FMS) application business analyst roles
· 1 year combined experience with PeopleSoft SCM or PeopleSoft application suite on version 9.2 in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)
· 1 year combined experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher
· 3 years combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher
· Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
Desired Skills
· Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 eSupplier Connection or Accounts Payable modules
· Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing modules
· PeopleSoft v9.2 project deployed on PeopleTools 8.55 or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)
· Experience with Fluid User Interface
· Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)
Description of Project
This posting is for a Business Analyst. Work will be designated on implementation of an Interaction HUB. This will be an upgrade to PeopleTools 8.56 and integration with the PeopleTools Suite of applications. This role will serve as the BA to assist in ensuring that the design is documented and all training plans are associated with the design and rollout of the HUB project.
Sample Tasks
Help manage respective PeopleSoft HUB/FMS/SCM modules to deployment including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones
Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality decisions as they related to the client business processes
Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any new 9.2 functionality
Act as a liaison between the client functional and technical staff
Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team and help draft regular communication across the project
Provide project estimates for changes in business process and/or additional new functionality
Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope
Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions
Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality
Provide other project related experience as necessary
Perform configuration analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality
Help guide test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation
Help guide interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations
Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles
Create, document and track issues and resolution
Create input for communication and change management
Provide detailed analysis and input to training material
Provide input and review of complex system modifications
Complete functional specification documentation per standards
Review and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendations
Review and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendations
Review and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendations
