Description:
· Quarterly PS application patching due to HRs presence on the web
· Emergency security patching; PeopleTools HR upgrades
· Setup, configure and troubleshoot.
· Assist in other functional issues related to PeopleSoft HR
· Troubleshoot any new modules implemented in PeopleSoft HR
· Work with Financial and HRIS Analyst in the areas in PeopleSoft HR.

Ø TAM and Candidate Gateway
Ø Organizational Development
Ø eCompensation Manager
Ø Payroll for North America
Ø Time and Labor
Ø Self Service

Requirement:
· PeopleSoft HR modules: Workforce Administration, Recruiting Solutions, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, ePerformance and eCompensation.
· Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specs.
· Act as a liaison between HR and the technical team.
· Provide global end users with training and functional support of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
· Experience with large-scale organizational change effort and implementation of PeopleSoft Core HR, ESS and Performance Management modules.
