Job Description: 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft – Implementation & Support (HCM modules) projects and minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud - Implementation projects. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – interface development (using HCM data extract & BI Publisher)

Required Skills:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in PS Implementation & Support projects (HCM modules)
* minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project including 1+ years of experience in Interface development project
* Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud application
* Should have experience in HCM Data Extract & BI publisher development
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience at onsite working closely with customer as well as with rest of the project team members
* Should be a hands-on person who owns and delivers project deliverables
* Experience as a Project Lead as a SPOC at onsite in HCM projects (both in PS and Oracle HCM Cloud)
* Experience in entire development life cycle activities – Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support
* Should have experience in Onsite – Offshore model with a team size of 6 or more
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team (business + project management team + senior management team) on a regular basis
* Fluency in English is a must
* Should possess good documentation skill to prepare all the project deliverables
* Provide input on best practices to clients on Oracle cloud application solution, best practices and its utilization to effectively address the project requirements
* Experience in management activities: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Tracking & Monitoring & Closure
* Timely communication on identified risks and mitigation plan, reporting the progress
* Ability to manage customer expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence

* Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation as needed
* Builds confidence and trust with customers

Leadership Skills:
* Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on project activities
* Follows through on all planned tasks and take ownership of customer issues & resolve them in the best possible way
