Client requires the services of one (1) HCM Taleo Lead, who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Enterprise Architect
Required Skills :

Responsibilities:
Oversees and/or performs highly-advanced consultative services and analytical work in support of CAPPS Recruit and Learn deployments;
Leading and/or overseeing the CAPPS Taleo Team for Recruit and Learn functional deployment teams;
Assisting with work-load management of the CAPPS Taleo Team for Recruit and Learn deployment teams, as needed;
Oversees and/or participates in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling;
Performs strategic analysis and planning;
Performing highly advanced (senior-level) functional analysis work in support of CAPPS Recruit and Learn, and the ERP program;
Providing functional support for CAPPS Recruit and Learn as needed;
Providing CAPPS functional lead support for CAPPS Central Agencies and/or CAPPS Hub Agencies regarding Recruit and Learn functionality;
Providing Taleo functional lead support for all CAPPS Recruit and Learn related tools and processes;
Providing Taleo Recruit and Learn oversight and quality assurance over CPA’s CAPPS managed services provider;
Monitoring and ensuring that the CAPPS Taleo architectural solution and infrastructure sizing are aligned with CPA requirements;
Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and ensures system documentation reflects current state;
Assisting with CAPPS Recruit and Learn maintenance functional activities, as needed;
Assisting and/or leading gathering, developing, and documenting of functional system requirements;
Communicating CAPPS Recruit and Learn requirements to functional and/or technical staff;
Oversees and/or participates in providing presentations, training, or end-user workshops, as needed;
Reviewing, assessing, and developing functional processes;
Assisting with troubleshooting functional issues related to the software application;
Assisting with and/or leading functional testing activities, as needed (e.g., system, UAT, accessibility, performance, etc;
Assisting with and/or leading various upgrades from a functional perspective
Experience and Qualifications
Experience with Taleo cloud applications, specifically Recruiting or Learn Modules
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher, People Tools 8.51 or higher, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle 11 or higher
Experience managing or leading complex projects
Experience with supporting Taleo implementations and production systems
Experience overseeing and validating change control processes through a system life cycle
Experience with Taleo cloud applications, specifically Recruiting or Learn Modules
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Experience with Texas Statewide Systems (USPS, SPRS, TINS or USAS) and/or CAPPS
Experience working with State public sector entities
Experience working within an environment with a managed service provider
Experience with supporting cloud implementations and production systems
