Description:
Client is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Software Quality Assurance Testing Analyst. The ideal candidate is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with at least 3 - 7 years of experience on PeopleSoft HCM and experience working with HP Quality Center. The candidate should have the ability to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans. This person must have strong functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft Payroll and Time and Labor modules. Please don’t submit applicants unless they truly qualify.
Must have:
PeopleSoft:
Time and Labor
HR
Payroll
QA background with PS experience
Some with a strong PS HCM background and has some QA experience might be a fit
This person will be testing the payroll, time and labor modules of PeopleSoft.
They use the testing tool – HP Quality Center
SKILLS:
Solid understanding of how to properly test interfaces.
Functional knowledge of Payroll and Time and Labor. You should know the business process behind these modules. You must be able to process time and create payroll.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Ability to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans
Ability to execute test cases and scripts and review results.
Ability to learn Kelly’s customizations and understand their role in our Staffing Solution.
Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment.
Ability to work with developers to understand requirements and solutions.
Ability to identify, document and log defects in Quality Center.
Ability to and estimate progress toward completion of a task.
QUALIFICATION:
At least 3 - 7 years in PeopleSoft HCM.
Experience using HP Quality Center.
BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience
Good communication skills are a must. Must be able to comprehend requirements quickly
