7+ years of PeopleSoft experience. • Strong administration experience with a specific focus on upgrade projects. • Familiarity with all the upgrade steps necessary in an HCM 9.2 upgrade, including experience with PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager. • Past experience in PeopleTools upgrades. • Must have excellent communication skills. • •? Expertise to perform PeopleSoft Application and Tools Upgrades. Build, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and Upgrade PeopleSoft application systems for both hosting clients and remote access clients. Perform complete installs of PeopleSoft 9.x at all tiers. Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture. Perform major version application upgrades and tools upgrades following internal methodology and processes. Analyze issues with Upgrade Processing, Upgrade Scripts, batch programs, process schedulers, application servers, application messaging/integration broker and web servers. Provide technical project leadership for assigned upgrades.
